Dillution = Not so bad...71 million shares to Starseed...+ WMD 96 million shares = 157 WMD million shares...

Just for comparaison  ACB     over 1 billion shares SP= $3.30
                                   WEED  over 350 million shares SP= $24.00
                                   APHA   over 250 million shares  SP= $6.30

The 157 million doesn't look so bad when you look at the potential of this deal.
