RE:Mgmt Fees VS. Marketing Spend?!

Totally agree that its insane to spend $9.5million on salaries, benefits, and consulting fees when there is only $23 million in sales.... You're going to pay yourselves 40% of your sales???

I am unfortunately long on EAT but I really wish I wasn't. I don't have nearly the optimism of Octopus or Greede.. I actually dont even know how they are still able to try and stay positive about this company. In the last 2 years I truly don't see what value EAT executive has provided toshareholders. Sure, Sales are up... BUT so are fees, and at astronomical levels.. watch, in the next 6 months there will be another raise of capital because the damn salaries are so high. I hope the executive team is getting an earful from their family and friends from the last raise at 22 cents. Literally hustling their own family... smh. 

PS. how is no one talking about the loss for the year was literally greater than the value of the company... loss of $28million and at 7.5 cents the company has mkt value of $27 million...
