RE:RE:RE:Mgmt Fees VS. Marketing Spend?! These exorbitant costs demand answers, no doubt about it. Great CEO's in early stage companies take a low cut of the salary and sacrifice in order to get the company where they need to go and because you sacrifice now to get bigger pay later. If anything, shares shoudl be issued with unlocking privileges upon hitting certain milestones like Jeff Maser, CEO of Tinley. If he hits certain numbers within a certain time, he gets well paid for that.
It sounds like Nevada and Colorado sales could be incorporated into the next financials as well as much more exposure to more dispensaries.
I've literally owned this dog too long to let go now because I have no interest in locking in losses when there's still a chance they could turn it around given Calyx. We'd be dead and buried without them.
I'd like to hear Adam explain their costs in a shareholder webcall like Tinley did. They should be praised for some of the things they are doing well but they need to address what is NOT working so they can REBUILD shareholder confidence AND VALUE.
The Facebook Investors group is pretty good and I would like to see someone there organize a top 5 (let's not overburden these eggshell mgmt folks) questions that demand answers and what they're doing to fix it. Give us something to a) look fwd to b) be confident in c) add more shares
What is the managemetn stake? Are any of those goons adding? What percent of the company do they own? Honestly, if they believed in what they were doing, they'd use all their funds to buy company stock on the open market. If you're building equity, who needs a fat salary? Sweat and grind and impress the street. These guys need a stern talking to it seems.

All the numbers in my last post I think are crazy. High fees and money to companies run by insiders. Cost of goods sold in Colorado and Oregon higher than sales .. why continue operating at a loss . Part of me wishes they would sell these assets and focus on California as I think Greede mentioned before .
I guess to have good talent they need to be paid but they sure have not executed well these past years..
SP holding up well considering . going to re look at it in a bit but I think I saw all I needed to see .
