Is this a joke?

Is this a joke?I have owned shares for two years and am disappointed at the dismal performance of the SP of this company, but I can see why.  This company is badly mismanaged.  First, they handed Gene Simmons millions of dollars for virtually nothing tangible in return.  Now they are handing Jamie Salter of Authentic Brands Group over 4 million dollars for coming up with four brands that were never adopted.  The lame webpage the company maintains has only one "brand", Acreage Pharms, and they did not even pay Jamie Salter for that.  They website refers to "brands" when there is only one brand, which you can't click on anyway.  And they misspelled the word "across".  I mean WTF.  What a F'ing fraud this is.  I want to be positive as I own 2,500 shares but these crooks are making it impossible for me...  Can anyone explain what the F is going on here?
