The only thing I see as an issue is the 1,000,000 in a month in revenue. If its 50 month ave per OB then that is 20,000 OB for Dec.

Or they have revenue streams coming in from other sources or some other form of arrangement for revenue streams.

Guess we just have to wait and see what is what. I do think your COGS of 60% is fair however.

And if warrants or options are part of this CF + the market will spank that in a New York City Second.

Its operational CF or its nothing.
