RE:RE:RE:Core Gold Q3 Financials and MD&A now posted on SEDARGood and strong points, Tad.  The situation has changed - the higher price of gold, the drop in debt levels - indeed the company is in a much stronger position.  Titan created endless and deep enmity among shareholders, coming in high-handed and with disdian.

When the company writes,

"... no assurance that the Strategic Review will result in any alternative transaction to the Titan Offer."

they had better mean that it is solidly presumed that continuing as an independent company, perhaps with a piece of financing on even possibly a partial scale as originally envisioned, is the main thing we can assume, and that Titan shall only be a, profoundly unpopoular, alternative.

That should be obvious, now that the company revenue is up and it turns an overall profit, and debt, the main factor weighing the company down, is steadily decreasing.  The company's operations are improving.  I believe it's the first quarter that the reconstituted company has turned a profit.

Only the most out-of-touch and reckless board could fantasize that somehow opinion could turn on a dime and Titan would somehow become popular.  Justice Grove's ruling stands - a deal made for only the elite would clearly fail a Fairness hearing.

Leaving that aside, the financial statements are very good, and it doesn't hurt that they are even a bit better than your accurate estimates, Tad.
