Titan is out of the running. They DO NOT HAVE THE SHARES.

So read anything to do with them and discard immediately.

We will only accept a good deal that is in the best interests of us shareholders. Core is doing quite fine any deal is not acceptable unless it is right for us.

The financials show what we already knew. TAD pointed out the figures a while back and yesterday just confirmed it. 

Also the assets are again downplayed but it really does not matter for now. From our point of view we have nothing that is a definite as a deal and when it is put forward for our endorsement we will make up our mind then.

AGAIN the so called TITAN offer is a none event. It is purely a ploy to push anxiety with the hope of shaking some shares down.  

None of us are fooled. We control the majority of the shares and hence the ownership. 

At this point we don't have to accept anything unless we are satisfied with it.

Just keep the real facts in your head: we are making a profit and the debt is falling. We should have been here a year ago except for you know what. Put that behind us.

TITAN is just a sham. 

Any real deal has to be a good deal or not at all and don't let anyone play with your emotions. 

Always keep just the facts in your head. Any scare mongering needs real facts to back it up. Otherwise it is just noise. 

Either way we won't have long to wait.
