Offer was open for acceptance until Friday at boon

The offer that was appended to the  press release said the offer was open for acceptance until Friday at 5 pm.  It was a quick period to be accepted, but either way I thought we would have heard from the Board at the end of yesterday as to their position, if they had made a  decision  or asked for an extension. 

A lot lot of good  points on here about Baker’s conflict. Not sure how he can remain in his position. Is there really any doubt he prefers his own interests over mine?  Just look at his pessimism towards the Catalyst offer.
