Thanks for the insight/interpretation Ned. On the bullet point 5, I was referencing page 5 of the financials were they indicate their 'accumulated deficit' (net loss) has risen from $29,629,398 to $36,175,377. To be completely honest, I'm not 100% sure what this is supposed to indicate but I believe way back they had somewhere around $24m in debt when the company was first created and this is the accumulated total from 2015 inception (Debt structure carry over).

I threw it in there in the hopes someone would question it and ultimately break it down.
