The ability to raise money to keep the launch pad hot is the tipping point.  The amount of money being used by management needs more explanation and justification.  You have to make a lot of profit to support those outlays to management and advisors and I am wondering and worried about advisor fees which could be "make my friends rich" fees.  It's too bad that the sense of self-entitlement borders on outright deceit and conversion for a lot of these company builders.  Somebody didn't give them a proper upbringing and teach them right from wrong.  EAT's nrs were marginal imo and gave impressions of real steps forward that were questionable.  Truth hurts but you never go wrong by practicing it.
