they need 2/3 votings from shareholders and i think this will be no problem because most shareholders are in the green here and there are a lot of other opportunities to invest ... GCM is cheap , ELD ,is cheap , Centerra is cheap , Cardinal resources , GOGold ....    just a few examples....
