RE:RE:RE:Class action filed in BC court vs Reliq Health on Nov 20The lawsuit should have limited financial impact on the company.Since the lawsuit is moving forward, I assume that the attorneys did their homework and that RHT has valid D&O and company insurance converage in place.Otherwise, suing a start-up company like RHT is a waste of time since it does not have the financial capacity to pay for any damages.So the insurer will manage the process, it usually moves very slowly with rarely any money making it to the shareholders. Experts and lawfirms grab most of it. Firms like Siskinds have built a business on disgruntled shareholders.As a side note, I always find it interesting that individuals invest in extremely high-risk stocks like RHT (a start-up company with a shoestring operation) and are surprised by bumps in the road. GL with the lawsuit. Don't hold your breath.
