RE:RE:RE:RE:Deleted on IHUBIf you are able to read New Gold?....you will find  the Canadian class action lawsuit has nothing to do with title...only environmental claims.

Why....if the title JRL claims he has rights to, was an integral issue, did they not invite JRL and his title claims to be part of their lawsuit? Seems to me...this would  have been very relevant to the lawyers representing the pension fund. A much easier issue to prove even! Yet...they seem to not be interested in JRL’s claims! I wonder why not??

Barrick may be found guilty, and may be assessed significant damages in the aforementioned class action suit.....but who will hold JRL accountable when his rights to title claims don’t pan out? At least the Barrick shareholders still have some hope of recouping some of their losses.

What do the MWR/ MSX shareholders have? IMO...nada...no hope...no company...no compensation. We are just left with the garbled rants of a megalomaniac, bordering on insanity.
