Still curious

Still curiousWhy are we trading right at 19.74 and running above ( on somewhat low volume) whoever it is, is going to lose money. Why.....???  Is implats allowed to buy on open market through different firms? If another bid comes in they can own a hand full of shares to fight a competing offer??? This is weird trading for a buyout....... next couple weeks will have me on the edge of my seat. Curiosity killed the cat. But man am I curious how this pans out.
