I agree. First time I've had hope in a long time. First time I ve heard someone articulate a clear plan moving forward. First time I ve heard an honest assessment as to where we are at. Hamilton completion in January and phase 1 coming online in June makes a lot more sense then making unrealistic promises that are never fulfilled.
