RE:RE:Special Committee does not recommend Catalyst OfferWell, that's all fine and dandy... But they also have to be realistic and come to the realisation that 10.3$ is not even close to cutting it. 

They can either keep playing this hand for a while, irritating the rest of the retail and institutional folks while going nowhere.
Or
Call Catalyst and try to get some progress on mutually agreeable terms. 

I know that sometimes playing games is part of the process, but I feel like they've over done it now and clearly it's not working. Time to think of another strategy dear baked Baker.
