Wayland has no income to pay the debt - OGI has almost $100 million in rev a year.
the lastimne they files financials was in Sep of 2018 and had quarterly revenue of  $225k.
The same quarter OGI had rev of $14 mill.

Wayland has a market cap of $6mill  whil OGI is almost $600mill.

You are really comparing apples to mustard - doesn't work.

In the next ywar you will see a lot fo the smaller companies go under - and OGI will not be one of them.
It's the way a new industry works.
