RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Short position between Aug 16 - Aug 311.  Company's fantasy AFFO calculation is not taken at face value by street analysts who create their own spreadsheets.

2.  I suggest you perform a complete cycle analysis on the economy lodging portfolio to compare reality with management commentary.  How much cash was cumulatively generated?  "Oh, but that is why they are exiting that market segment."  Right, and other markets don't have challenges?

3.  Hotels are a low margin business and AHIP is simply paying out too much cash in the form of distributions.  The proof is the increase in debt.

4. SH pumpers play "shoot the messenger" once again.  Where's the discussion on my first question?  A $14 million haircut, yes or no?  No mention of these issues during any of the conference calls (portfolio sale, Q2, Q3).
