All this reinforces the value equation

All this reinforces the value equationLet’s remember how we got here. The Majority Group tried to get our shares on the cheap.  The scare tactics would have worked on retail investors. Catalyst has blocked the low ball offer, thank goodness and out flanked Baker.  The majority does not want to sell because they see the value. The minority doesn’t want to sell, at this price, because we see the value. So,  Baker either needs to increase the offer or simply proceed and extract the real estate value, as he would if he went private. Perhaps the dynamics will change once Baker’s partners are freed in January.

Im still very confident a deal will get done. This all reinforces to me that Baker has a plan to extract value that far exceeds $10.30.
