Looney...........you are on the mark outlining all the work that needs to be done from the mess of the Bakema Era...............

My sense of timeline is a bit different from the sources I am close to..............

The due dilegence that is presently going on by the ex-directors regarding the carnage that PB left behind is being done now............and bridge financing is happening to get the exchanges functioning normally again..........as you see OTC has bee restored...........TSXV will need a lot more info. and penalties paid..............I don't expect trading again till after AGM in January 15.............

By then we will pass the Global/cvm restructuring agreement that needs to be formally ratified by us shareholders and the new slate of directors as well................I hear Wayne and Joel are coming back in along with 2 or 3 other impressive industry types...........with a full board and bridge financing, a cleaned up balance sheet, trading can resurme.............once an action plan is announced..............credibility will be somewhat restored for a larger money raise.............

I see FDA resubmission sometime mid Q2................Just my personal take on the situation !

Just feels good ...................that the disfunction and incompetence is behind us !
