Gold X Mining Corp. is a Canadian junior mining company developing the Toroparu Gold Project in Guyana, South America. i think is a good deal for gcm fiore and wheaton but not not sure for existing ssp share holder

it a debenture 3 years the interest is 10% ,( Interest on the Debentures will be compounded semi-annually and payable annually. Interest is payable in shares at the option of the holder)

I must be blind,,, never saw the interest rate. It looks okay, they had to raise the 20m USD or risk losing it all.... nice to be this rather than a PP at 1.50 or something.

They are wheeler and dealers... they now have their stake and can get it ready for a future sale once gold rallies... I think we will do well from this price.
