RE:Vertical scope

RE:Vertical scope
Hi extremerisk,

I know that this company is severly mismanaged and the performance of the stock over the last few years is a complete disaster. But it would be favourable for every new (and old) reader on this board to substantiate your statements with hard facts. So just two questions:

1) Where is the fact disclosed that Torstar Corp. guarantees the debt of Verticalscope? Contingent liabilities have to be disclosed in the financial reports. Just give me the page number. In fact, if VS bites the dust, Torstar would have to write off its VS investment to ZERO.

2) Just give me some articles which state that Rob Laidlaw is broke. Or do you know him personally and he has disclosed his misery to you? I don't know him personally. The only thing I know is that he (and Jesse Rasch) got a lot of money in 2015 from Torstar and today he has an investment company (presumably a single family offoce) on the Cayman Islands called Lionfish Capital
(https://www.lionfish.ky/).

Just interested in facts.

Best regards,

Don
