RE:RE:do we pay to much for concentrating our spodumene ?
rick thanks for the feedback .
spodumene concentration occurs through density medium separation processes in both companies ,sigma lithium and nmx .nmx also needed flotation techniques .
in 2016 nmx  set up a modular dms plant .
May 2, 2016

QUEBEC – Nemaska Lithium of Quebec City has purchased a self-contained dense media separation (DMS) portable mill to treat ore from the 29,000-tonne Whabouchi lithium bulk sample program. The modular mill will treat 10 t/h and operate this summer and fall.

The mill will be situated at the Whabouchi site on an area already permitted by both the provincial and federal authorities for commercial production. The mill comes with its own generators, lab, workstation and change rooms. It will also serve as a training facility for the local Cree workforce wanting to become mill operators.

Nemaska is paying $750,000 in cash plus 3 million shares for the modular plant  (can someone explaain in chinese please  ???? ). When the bulk sample is completed, the company can either resell the plant or use it for metallurgical testing of other ores on a toll milling arrangement.????

A 6% Li2O spodumene concentrate will be produced. The concentrate will meet feed requirements for Nemaska’s lithium hydroxide and lithium carbonate demonstration plant in Shawinigan, QC. More information about the plant is posted at www.NemaskaExploration.com/en/phase-1-plant/.

from nmx website

As at September 30, 2019, cumulative incurred capital investment totalled $392 million on a total Whabouchi Project budget of $1.269 billion, including contingency

Project Standby Readiness

Equipment deliveries to the Whabouchi site have been completed. In the coming weeks, the Whabouchi site winterization and orderly demobilization will be completed. A small crew will conduct care and maintenance activities as well as ensuring site security. Detailed engineering will be pursued, at an adapted pace, to continue the development of project until financing is secured

conclusion
modular portable  plants dont lose value
can be used elsewhere ,sold or used for tolling other minerals if i got it correct .
our money is invested not lost and thrown away .it has resale value .
i still have questions about the financing and the things we got for it .put simply .
