They've hit gas on every single well, every single zone. If they do an offereing at below $3, they are going to piss off a lot of shareholders.
What I haven't been able to figure out (and haven't bothered asking) is why they don't deploy some of that cash in the shallows to generate more profit. They could turn $10M in to $15M or $20M in 18-24 months. Why didn't they do this in 2018, or 2019? Unless they aren't as confident in their reserve reports as they claim to be?
