DesperateSorry to be critical but MKR management killed off the positive momentum on Carscallen by property hopping in the past.... It was plain and evident back then that the work they are completing at this time, should have been done immediately after their last significant efforts in Carscallen to follow up and ADD to the Excitement when they last tackled project in any significant way.
Erroneously, IMHO, they have squandered opportunity and shareholders' patience by adding risk to their project porfolio and with their inexperience at juggling the PR for both, quashed the likelihood that you, a shareholder could enjoy a stock price much nearer to the upper teens than bottom feeding at $0.02 and $0.025 per share.
These favorable results are being used by funds to liquidate and exit their positions in an effort to get out completely or "rebalance" their positions in MKR.
Personally, I have great hopes for Carscallen but do not believe that under this team, it will ever demonstrate the premiums in valuations lesser assets have.
