Price evolution after the exercise of rights

Price evolution after the exercise of rightsHi all,
i was wondering what you believe the price evolution will be after the rights are exercised and Glencore buys the shares. Do you think they will flood the market with shares to keep the price low, will it go lower than 12.5 or will it recover? If approx 300m shares are available from minority shareholders these are not so many to cover potential demand of the stock, given that we will see positive ebitda sooner than later, right?
