RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:April 2020Sin - you hit the nail on the head - government's care more about votes than they do the money - because they know with the votes they get the money.  

Concerning the project - under the current circumstances (no access and no government support) LYD has little to no chance of getting back to work in Armenia any time soon.  

I also think there isn't any room for LYD to work with the current government - leaving the BIT process as the only option.

If the BIT process rules in favor of LYD - then it will likely be about 40% of the ask - based on what I have seen (concerning similar cases)  33% of rulings are in favour of companies and about 20-25% are solved with out of court settlements - so there is a high probabilty for LYD to get something out of this, but no doubt it will take considerable time...

If there is an annoucement about the BIT process - it will be interesting to see where the SP will end up....
