May be only half of performance payment is paid because, Star buying minority stack early. May be full performance payment was for a longer period and Star wants to fully own The company before merger.

As Flutter reports full year income results in early March, we will see same from Stars this year. Flutter knows that its not just what you must legally do that counts in the IR world, its when you things better than others that has an impact. I'm looking forward to the new IR reality...finally after 8 years, we will have the IR team we deserve..
