Agree, very reasonable @ 0.10-$0.20.

I still prefer a buyout, I remember Echelon has a target price on Kly @ $0.30 (forgot where did I saw it). Hopefully, that is the line when structuring the deal. With some competitions, I wish it can get to 0.30-0.40 range.

Please correct me if I am wrong. The share out is 510 mil, with ~155mil warrants, where is the rest to fully diluted to 900 mil?
