RE:RE:Globe and Mail article So, when management talked about the value of the real estate recently, and before the appraisal, they had no idea that values had plummeted?  That is not believable.  

What also gets lost in this is that the Baker Group is almost offering at the very lowest end of the recent valuation. Why didn’t they offer $12.00. It was a real blunder, in my opinion, to go that route. Not only do they want to rely on an evaluation that is far lower than their own public estimates, then, they offer at the low end of the evaluation.

I’m voting no.
