Greede,

two things:

1. how could they possibly get more financing after relying on friends and family for the last one, only a few months ago, at nearly 3x the price?

2. NH has halted for things most companies would not request a halt for, several times in the past.  It ties into their love of fluffy/un-remarkable news releases. I would not be at all surprised if it's the vape award
