RE:When is this due for a pop?No crystal ball here but we are in tax selling season therefore the idea of when to buy is totally up to you, try averaging in rather than one lump sum purchase. I conitnue to add but as Warren buffet says" wise investors can't pick the top or the bottom" so dollar cost average.
