Question for Heystupid and other former MTO shareholders

Question for Heystupid and other former MTO shareholdersI am stupid to so please educate me. I don't know MTO's history. BTR's RE (Moroy) came in at around combined 160,000 ozs wich a mill could chew through in a few years. Not being disrespectfull (Why)TF did they build the mill there with low reserves?
