This is what we needed from the exchange to force the company to actually provide news of this so called resturcturing. Tim, there IR representative has been indicating for the past 6 months that NEWS of the restructuring is being reviewed by the exchange for approval....oops has to be approved by the auditors...and had to go back to the exchange.

I have all these email correspondence from him. If his statements are in fact false, a class action against not only the company but the IR will be moving forward. Certainly hope Tim has flaudent insurance or jail time for both Dr. Z and Tim will be forthcoming.

Perhaps they can be cellmates.

I hope for them, they can pull a rabbit out of a hat.
