I modified my email to complain about that too. IIROC's mandate is to protect investors and strengthen market integrity. How can they do that when they allow professional brokerage firms to use these "exchanges" to manipulate pricing and volume on stocks to suit their agendas and rip off the retail investor? There is no itegrity, fairness or transparency in allowing this to continue,
