C-man...this is a smart deal.
flo-thru thru a no brainer but not at depressed prices.decent price paid for equity stake so ya,I own less of the company now but good with it.If entice doesn't pan out the bank will not come knocking and remember who has a large position here.
commitment from new guys for second purchase with option for fund proceeds to either new play or existing means everyone is comfortable with the plan and no bet the farm stuff.
I like the land acquisition as opposed to distressed assett acquisition right now.Wouldn't surprise me tho if private-co owned some stuff in the area that might come in to play later.that is spit ball and maybe just some folks with an lpp so no matter.
Random musings....
been wondering if atu made a bid for plx package.salt bush might be too much of a pain tho and heavy oil is heavy oil.
hope atu spends for the talent on entice horizontal.not as much risk as eastern duve but risk just the same.things can go wrong in a hurry if the hard hat is too small for the big head it is perched on.
llr is very very important and debt load too. Altura keeping both in check (and no fat cat compensation either)
 This one will take time but they have my support.
