The Company’s Espigao Project covers an area of 72,800 hectares. The Company holds mineral rights totaling 55,559 Ha in the Mirante da Serra Project. The licenses cover an area with an intracratonic basin in the Amazon Cratin, emplaced over crystalline basement rocks of the Jamari metamorphic complex and Mesoproterozoic Rapakivi granites. Its Ariquemes Tin Project comprises a land package in Brazil.

RE:"Care and maintenance" ...F this don't look good, looks like I will go bunkrupt third time, three companies paid them CEO's for making me broke it was my (our) money that paid them salaries but they refuse to see it that way, live learn after the third time, anyway this garbage will take with me to the underwold it's not worth anything here and there.
