RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:FDM-Still HereI think it's a fair question KohKut. Multiple people have indicated to me it costs upwards of $100,000+ CAN a year for fees for a public company once you factor in some communication releases etc. I'm not sure if the CSE charges additonal costs for form 7, form 9, etc in addition to those basic fees you mentioned but I hope you are right. If FDM can pay for their exchange fees monthly instead of a large sum and if it's reasonable then maybe it's not as pressing as I thought to close this pp in a couple days. I never suggested that they were not in good standing with the CSE at this time. Cheers

I doubt that shareholders are going to cough up that much to close the pp and it seems that HH has no other options. Everyone hoping for a Hail Mary play here?
Perhaps take a couple minutes to research/google "CSE Fees" and you will be surprised of what the findings will include. To most who are not fans of FDM you will be very disapointed as the monthly maintenance fee is a very very large sum of money.........$650.00 CDN Dollars.
Are you kidding me, $650.00 CDN Dollars. Anyone who is referencing Listing Fees needs to have a second cup of java this Sunday Morning or go for a walk to clear the cob webs that are still present from the cheap wine/weed or beer that you consumed Saturday night. Okay, the time that I just took for this banter, one could have already researched the CSE concerns that have been present this past week.
Did anyone notice that FDM did file the recent November Form 7 which is a requirement by the CSE......FDM is in good standing with the CSE......Now let's enjoy NFL games today and keep the faith that FDM's timeline for December brings us a better SP in #2020.
