Thanks Tad. I am a bit confused on what percentage is required for this deal to go through. Is it 50.1 % or 66 2/3 %. If they have 45 % already lockup then they're close to the 50%.
Why has Core not responded over the last months and especially to this new offer. I'm worried that in the latin, legal phrase "QUI TACET CONSENTIRE VIDETUR, meaning : He who is silent appears to consent.
