Great Bear Resources Ltd. GTBAF

Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. A significant exploration drill program is currently underway to define the mineralization within a large-scale, high-grade disseminated gold discovery made in 2019, the LP Fault. Additional exploration drilling is also in progress to expand and infill nearby high-grade gold zones, as well as to test new regional targets.

RE:RE:Maybe it's time to spin off a second Great Bear.

RE:RE:Maybe it's time to spin off a second Great Bear. I'm not talking about giving it away, spinning it off to ourselves in a seperate vehicle and keeping it. We know GBR will be sold long before we even come close to scratching the surface of the remaing 18 KM's so we lose value on that. Yes we keep 2 % but why not keep 100 % plus 2 % !
If a 5 KM open pit containing 20,000,000 +  Oz. isn't considered a long term project I don't know what is.
Anything longer get's lost in the ether !
That's the problem, we'll never realize full value on the 21st millionth Oz. or anything after that.
The scale here is so large we'll never be fully compensated for it or it's potential.
This is just a way of creating more leverage for us and there's no downside !

You want to take what appears to be one big 18km system that can probably be open pit mined and split it up? A massive long term project is way more appealling. I could see maybe Hinge and other Red Lake style systems split off but LP? No way. We have an NSR on the whole property now. We also have 4 other properties to exlore.
