Great Bear Resources Ltd. GTBAF

Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. A significant exploration drill program is currently underway to define the mineralization within a large-scale, high-grade disseminated gold discovery made in 2019, the LP Fault. Additional exploration drilling is also in progress to expand and infill nearby high-grade gold zones, as well as to test new regional targets.

RE:RE:RE:Maybe it's time to spin off a second Great Bear. If you look at recent acquisitions that have all been done recently the companies being acquired have extremely large resources.

Chris has a game plan to keep drilling and little by little define what they have.  At some point they'll be acquired at a nice premium.  And, ideally, after they've defined 10-20m oz.

The 2% NSR was smart and they might do something similar as additional protection/bargaining chip, but I wouldn't want to see GBR split in two.

They stock remains relativlely volatile, providing trading opportunities.  In my case, I'm just letting my 12x ride.  Current market cap is $270m and I'm hoping for a $1-2B buyout, probably in 12-24 months.

Just need to be patient.
