We've been dealt our hands, the flop has been turned .... Titan has a straight .... do we get the filled on the turn with a tight (full house) with the next card, or do we get four of a kind down the river ?

Obviously, as standfir noted in his post last night, it is apparent that Javier Reyes, and perhaps other board members and their friends, family and business associates, MAY have pledged their shares to the Titan deal.

And Titan has only managed to secure about 45 % .

Our board are not representing the interests of their shareholders.

If any board member has tendered, does this not constitute a material event and the company should have press released the information prior to Core Gore shares trading this morning ?

By not commenting on the Titan Minerals announcement, Core Gold directors are creating undo confusion in the markets and shareholders may be panicking into selling shares, possibly to parties friendly Titan Minerals.

If there is another offer or offer on the table, then Core Gold needs to make an announcement.
