RE:Shorts

RE:ShortsBeancounter: Hard to say at this point, but if you look at the longer term chart, the upward move on price a few weeks ago was more of a bounce after the stock dropped. This typically occurs when a stock falls so far in a short period. The move on Friday was after a period of consolidation with fewer shares available for sale. The buying on Friday could of been a combination of some shorts covering and also some longs (like me) adding to my position. I tried to get all my additional shares around $8 and did well but it was a struggle as there simply weren't as many shareholders willing to sell anymore. As a result, I followed the stock on Friday and paid more to fill the full addition of shares which I had in mind. In my view, the stock is over sold at these levels and it takes time to recover. Same thing happened 3 months ago. No one knows for sure, but that's my read. Also, the stock holding a good chunk of Friday's gains was a good sign (i.e. not as many sellers tripping over each other to sell ... if there was, the stock would of moved back down to around $8 today). Lets see how the week goes, but give this recovery some time.
