athleticsguy The private placement doesn't seemed to be pushed. If they r where u say they r. They would be screaming. I don't hear any screaming. Could be that your white knight with the shining armour holding the 5m bag is on hand. I don't believe this company is going to be left in the trenches. The product is to good for someone not to want to make it successful. If they r in the shape you say they r why r they still moving forward with sales and product development. I find it hard to understand your findings. Show me some proof that shows employees, suppliers or landlords that have or will not get paid.
