RE:New Titan offer is WORSEThe Titan offer is absolute nonsense and yes if any of our BOD has tendered it will be illegal. This is just more rah-rah pushing the scam and yes we are being played of course. 

Let's see what they can raise? It boggles the mind that after so much dilution that anyone can think 'investing' in Titan is sensible.

They were going to raise $10m as part of the 'merger' back when. All this hoo-haa is baloney and trying to calculate how many shares there will be out there defies imagination.

There will be other announcements from our BOD about actual real deals and probably this week. 
We will see what and how Titan looks then. 

Don't tender there will soon be nothing there to tender to.
