This is all positive so far... an incredibly reputable MD on board, distribution channel in place in the medical side for CBD and the termination of previous financing agreements.

My question is, what happens to the shares that were associated with those dealings? Were the lines of credit ever accessed, triggering the issuing of the shares? If not, do these shares come back to INCB or help us reduce previous dilution?

All this is good to see, but I am still waiting for LVV and revenue generating updates. That’s what will drive the share price higher. This is a good start though and signifies some much needed positivity for the future.
