Going PRIVATEthat is probably the best option and possible sale....any reasonable bid of $3 plus would likely get majority of shareholders to tender shares....company was buying back shares at around $3 in a buy back program not that long ago

they need to sweeten  a private bid to $3.50 or so and then they have the freedom to do as they please without all the quarterly accountablity in the market
