For crying out loud... Just how much shares do those clowns own???? Goodness sake, give it a break guys, why sell so low when the company is obviously worth much more?

Even if they were shorting it and borrowing to sell, at some point they would run out the supply of their clients... 

I think if this was a ruse to take it private or merge it, it would have been announced already. They are probably institutionnal players that participated in a big PP in the past, or perhaps the IPO and not changed their mind about the holding.
