It's exact computer robots are keeping price as low as possible, First they are covering the short positions and in same time they accumulate more shares for the coming rebound. Since many weeks they ad one lot ( 100 shares ) to sale each time the price is going up, and particulary between three and four. As i see the short positions declined seriousely since a month ago.
The last shorters will be sqeeze.
