What a crock of chit!! 

Seriously. Ucore has had a decade to prove up their project and has failed. And just because the US Army is willing to put up some money, doesn't mean Ucore is all of a sudden going to become the 3rd company in the world, able to refine and produce HREE's.....outside of China!

MolyCorp was worth $5,000,000,000 at one point.....and also failed! 

Make some money here guys, but be careful of the pumpers like klhdan!
